+Sustainable building is a strategy, not a perk. Movement, breathwork, and rest are programmed into every room — because the companies that last are built by founders who do.
Community & resources.
+Small rooms, warm intros, and a shared library of templates, decks, grant one-pagers, and operator playbooks. Accepted founders are also paired 1:1 with a health executive or investor matched to their stage — a flexible one-to-six month commitment with monthly office hours. Members get the clinician, investor, customer, or hire on the other end of one email.
