First Check Collective was founded to be the room we kept looking for — small, fun, and built around the women building in health innovation in NYC. The Collective gathers founders, investors, scientists, and operators across newsletter, podcast, salons, and our member gatherings.

+Small rooms, warm intros, and a shared library of templates, decks, grant one-pagers, and operator playbooks. Accepted founders are also paired 1:1 with a health executive or investor matched to their stage — a flexible one-to-six month commitment with monthly office hours. Members get the clinician, investor, customer, or hire on the other end of one email.
